Notification power off

Good day,

 

I have my Fibaro contoller on UPS but need to get notification when the power is off the house.

I have wall plug and maybe i can get the voltages there and i have make the Notification but not sure ho to link the rest.

if you have everything ready just link it to an email or app push notification by using a scene

it will not work with wall plug since wall plug will also stay without power and it will be unable to report voltage or any other readings back to controller. Controller will on the other hand keep last reported values that were reported just before power failure. There is a way that controller is asking wall plug to report back and if it fails enough times then controller will report power failure. This way is ok, but in my opinion better is to use door sensor and relay connected in such way that when power is down relay changes state of the contacts what is reported by battery operated door sensor to control center.

I used universal binary sensor but it can be easily replaced with door/window sensor.
