aeotec minimote show as not configured

I am running HC2 with firmware 4.110,   I have bought a aeotec minimote.    

I have included the remote to the HC2 but some how it is still show as not configured.   I have tried use the learn button to wake up the remote but the result is still the same.

 

I did reset the aeotec remote and pair again but each time i can either not configure or waiting for wake up.   Again press the learn button for 3 seconds doesn't help at all.

 

Anyone has any luck with the aeotec minimote

yes I did upgrade the aeotec to 1.19 but it doesn't seem to solve any issue.   I did follow the forum step but at the stage of setting parameter 250 to 1 i never get the net routing update message.  The remote state always waiting to wait up.   No matter how I press the learn it is still never proceed to next stage.

my problem resolve.  The main cause is the remote need to be very close the HC2.  I was siting 4 meter aways previously
