Configuring HC2 before second fix install

I'm in the process of building a house and I'd like to set up the fibaro devices before second fix takes place. I've created a fly lead to power some modules to register them in but this doesn't work for the dimmer module - perhaps because there is no load attached? only a live and neutral.

 

Is this the best way to preset up the devices prior to second fix? Or can I import / register them in another way?

Dimmer requires load so connect some kind of bulb to it and you are good to go. Modules that are away from HC I also first included using fly lead near HC and then installed them on place.
