Dimmer 2 will not turn off

Hi,

 

Have this strange issue for the 3rd time this year. 

 

One of my dimmers will not turn off, this has happened several times before on different devices sometimes on several at the same time.

 

Rebooting HC2 does not help.

Pushing the wall switch makes it turn off shortly but it turns on again a couple seconds later.

 

Any ideas?
