Universal change to frequency of email warnings for low battery ?

alandee

Question

Hi, Has anyone stumbled across a setting or api command etc that will untick send me email warnings when the battery is low ?

Just curious, as it's a little annoying at times. I thought at one stage I changed the frequency of emails, but it may have been a different system or I dreamt it, as I'm blowed if I can find it now !

I can go through and change them manually, it's just a lot of things to change and I'm lazy .. :) Ideally it would still remind me.. but maybe only once ..

Cheers,

al.

Oh yeah...that would be a really innovation...giving the user the chance to set up the frequency ;-)

Right now, HC sends a email (battery low) EVERY time it gets the status update from the device.

We need a smart notification center in our smart home. For example:

1. Global settings like

1.1 Every time (perhaps for security relevant modules)

1.2 Once a day

1.3 Once a week

1.4 Once a month

1.5 Once

[1.6 Never --> should be done in the device parameters as it is now]

and additionally

2. Module settings

1.1 Every time (perhaps for security relevant modules)

1.2 Once a day

1.3 Once a week

1.4 Once a month

1.5 Once

1.6 Don't report on low battery [like now]

Workarounds:

...and...
