Aeotec Range Extender

Question

Posted

Hi, I bought the Aeotec Range Extender (RE). I set HC2 to "Add New Device" and clicked the button on the side of the RE. HC2 found it instantly. However the HC2 has said "Confirguration, The device is being configured, please wait" for 8 minutes now. How long should I wait? Is this expected behaviour?

That's definitley too long.

Mine worked quite straigth forward. Reopen the HC Login page. Maybe it got added succesfully anyways.

I have found the Aeotec Range Extender however the HC2 says it is an unknown device and I do not know how to use it? What should I do now?
