fibaro eye

hi i've a problem with the fibaro sensor moviment (eye) with my hc2.i included in my hc2 but not work not change the status if i put my hand on in for exapme.ok i try to update,update hc2,dinclusion and reinclusion,reset the eye ecc.alway the same problem i write fibaro and say to do an rma.so i buy another one and it has the same problem.at this point try the 2 sensor on vera 3 gateway and work perfectly.i rewrite fibaro an says this thing and they says me to send the rma of the sensor.the aswer is the most stupid answer of the world and a system to dintessenting of the problem.anyone can helpme?tks

On what firmware is your HC2? Did you try to add motion sensor in security or normal mode? Did you bring eye near HC2 during inclusion? Can you post screenshot of top of the advanced tab where is listed version, node ID, serial, parameters template version? Is there missing any of the mentioned info? After inclusion did you get any notifications about device not configured or missing template? Is it only motion sensor not working or also light and temperature sensors?

 

Sorry for so many questions, but it is obvious that something went wrong and since this is home automation device and even wireless, then to find out what is wrong you need to provide all information possible.
