Does anyone knows if it is possible to wire the Fibaro Switch 2 without connecting the "live" wire to the momentary switches?  (I don´t want high voltage on the switch).

If you mean just control it remotely without controling it at switch then Yes

You could use a door or window sensor behind switch plate if you did want local control with safe voltage and the link to switch 2 through  Association
