All devices "not configured" after repair from Fibaro, support non-existent

Question

My HC2 usb stick had bad sectors and had to be replaced, after 2 weeks I got my HC2 returned only to find all my devices "Not configured"

I've noticed other people had the same problem after update to the latest version, only my HC2 was already in 4.110 when I sent it.

Backups did not work because of the bad sectors so I only have a 4.110 backup available and restoring this does not solve the problem.

I've been waiting 4 days for an answer from Fibaro but they simply do not respond.

Meanwhile I have an uncontrollable Zwave network.

Things I tried:

  • Restoring the backup from Fibaro, which I assume they already did after replacing the usb
  • Soft reconfigure: stays on reconfiguring forever, no cancel possible. Only deleting the device makes it go away
  • Removed a few devices and re-added them but some don’t respond at all anymore whilst they worked fine before Fibaro “repaired” it.
  • Configure all devices again: starts reconfiguring some devices at once, but eventually nothing happens.
What I don’t understand is that it says only one can be configured at a time but it does multiple on its own?
  • Rebooting the HC2 does nothing as well

    I'm afraid I needed to re-add everything :(

With the new cloud backup system it should all be a bit easier.

I had my backups corrupted (usb drive malfunction) so I could not revert to a previous backup.

    Good luck..
