Question

Posted (edited)

HI All,

Just purchased a HCL and updated it to firmware version 4.120.

I.ve been trying to set up the unit but am having a few issues with the UI.

For example:

1. It  wont let me complete the wizard since it wont let me press the next button after typing in my email and password details.

2. Wont let me set my location. I input my address and then cant click next on the button but nothing happens.

Issues mainly seem to be related to the HCL Wizard.

I'm only seeing high CPU load since updating to 4.120 I'm pretty sure when I first checked the unit on the older firmware it was at 15% but I cant be certain.

Please login or register to see this image.

I've tried multiple browsers in case it was that, as well as a full reset of the HCL via recovery mode but no luck so far.

Anyone had this before or know what to do?

Thanks.

Well unbelievably after leaving the HCL on overnight the cpu has gone down to 10% and i am now able to pass the wizard and complete setup.

Not sure what it was doing or why it resolved itself but it seems it was processing something in the background.
