All devices gone after update

Hi guys,

 

After doing the latest update, 4.120, all my devies and other information is gone.

I am able to login onto my HC2 but there is nothing in any of the directories.

 

Does anyone have an idea of what is wrong?

Step 1, empty the web browser cache, refresh the browser .

step 2 restore backup if step 1 not working

    Thank you for your answer!

    Tried both options.

     

    Tried several browsers with and without empty cache, this did not solve the problem.

    Tried to recover HC2, also did not do anything... (it did not recover, it just keeps flashing the blue "tool" led, all other leds are on.

     

    Any other suggestions?

    It seems like I cannot login as admin anymore.....
    Is there a way to reset the admin account?

    I have some issues with a backup and I documented the recovery process

     

     

    There may be some useful information there

    Wery important information for us.
    Only the three most right leds should lit.
    Try this:
    Shut down your HC2
    Remove the recovery stick
    Start your HC2
    Does it start up now?

    If so, contact support.

    Edit

    Admin is no more admin

    Use your mail-address you used in the wizard

    I just got it to get into recoverymode.... Recovering now but it seem to be stuck at 40% in step 1 (checking revovery files)

    I'll give it some time to finish otherwise ill let you know..

    Okay, recovery is finished, but nothing happened....

    Still same old situation..

    Started without recovery usb installed...

    When the usb is installed, starting takes VERY long..
     

    I still cannot login as admin, it says my password is incorrect....

     

    So just to be clear:

     

    * Starting HC2 WITHOUT recovery USB works..

    *Starting HC2 WITH recovery USB works reaaallly slow, the last LED keeps blinking for a long time but eventually the HC2 will start

    *I cannot login with admin account (I dont see the admin account in the user list?)

     

    Oh, and some info from the recovery options under settings:

     

    Recovery memory:Ok

     

    Checksum status:Not Available
    Information not available (unexpected error)

    No clue, like I said in an earlier post, it seemed to be stuck at 40% in step 1 (checking revovery files).

    30 minutes later I logged back in and it showed the regular login page and seemed like nothing had changed..

    Thats very weird .. fibaro support I think :-(

    I think I could solve the problem by logging in to it with the admin account, but that aint working... it says the password is incorrect..

    I used admin/admin but before that didnt work for me so I had to launch the wizard and create the fibaro id (email login)

    see if you can find some way to launch teh wizard and login that way...

    My restore is not looking good, may need to go again..

    I think you can start the wizard like this: http://<<IP OF YOUR HC2>>/fibaro/en/wizard/

    YEAH, I got in!

     

    I managed to remember my email and the password needed for the login!

    well, I did not use the email to login as admin...
    I was trying admin/admin but ofcourse that did not work anymore,....

     

    I forgot I had to use my email to login :-)

     

     

    Anyway, I have no clue why my recovery did not work...
    Everything is still there, my scenes and all my devices...

    @jimicr, didn't restart after the restore, just the spinning blue balls :-(
