Alarm on and off with switch

I need simple solutions to turn the alarms on and off but cannot finish it. 

I have a key hooked to single switch but i need to add delay so i can close the last door and the motion sensor don´t trigger. And How can i add delay when i open the dorr so i ahve around 30sec to tkae the allarm off?

Hi @gunnarh,

 

go to the advanced tab of the sensors that you want to delay arming and alarm activation, scroll down to Alarm settings, put tick for option 

"Sensor is armed with delay or it will trigger the alarm after some delay" and then enter time delay in seconds in fields that will show up after ticking mentioned option.
