I have not done that myself. But I think it should be similar to this...

 

 sceneName = "MYTEST"
 local HOST = Net.FHttp("127.0.0.1",11111);
 response ,status, err = HOST:POST('/api/scenes','{ "name":"'..sceneName..'"}'); 
 

 

I think it should be easy to create them complete with Lua or blocks in them automatically from a VD. I do that with VDs, but not with scenes (have not had any use for it yet).
