ZIPATO Mini Keypad RFID - What happened?

Question

Posted

Hello,

I've been using a ZIPATO Mini Keypad RFID for a while, without any problem. Since last update 4.121, I'm encountering problems.

I excluded/reincluded it easily, but now i can't record RFID tags any more.

when I try:

fibaro:call(ID, "setUserCodeDec", "1", "Occupied", "49,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0", "test_user_1");

to record a new tag, nothing happens....

Has anyone managed to add a new RFID tag since the new update????

Best,

Pierre.

Hello @Brunanchon,

I can try it at office (heading there), but I see you just added code with one digit and it is number "1". I think RFID tags have much longer code. It is like 8 digits.

What code it gives you in log window if you press Home button and place RFID tag on the keypad?

Is your new TAG in compliance with norm, that is mentioned in RFID keypad manual?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for your message.

    The RFID TAG are valid. They used to work properly with the keypad reader.

    When I push "Home" and place the tag on the keypad, i got the log: "unrecognised user "143,152,47,18,1,32,2,128,0,0"

    Whern I try:

    fibaro:call(ID, "setUserCodeDec", "1", "Occupied", "143,152,47,18,1,32,2,128,0,0", "test_user_1");

    or any other user:

    fibaro:call(ID, "setUserCodeDec", "2", "Occupied", "143,152,47,18,1,32,2,128,0,0", "test_user_3");

    nothing happens... I still got the unrecognized reply when using tag.

    when I try:

    fibaro:getValue(ID,"userCodes")

    I get an empty list.

    Do you manage to add new RFID tags with last HC2 update?

    Thks in advance. Best,

    Pierre
