Problem with door sensor

I having problem with door sensor, It was dead for two months and when i wand to add it to the Fibaro controller it don´t show there.

 

When i  add it now i get this message 

 

[23:28:26] Device added
[23:28:26] Add node status protocol done
[23:28:27] Adding devices complete
[23:28:27] Adding devices complete

 

But i don,t see it anywhere in the controller.

I have try this

• New battery two time
• Reset it like the manual it.
• Try add another device and it did work

Hi @gunnarh,

I saw this with one old d/w sensor. I couldn't include/exclude it. After reset I could include it  once, but it appeared unconfigured and couldn't be controlled.

 

So we sent it to Fibaro. I think something is corrupted there. Inner firmware or Z-Wave chip.
