Hi,
I have a FortrezZ outdoor siren and it keeps going off without any reason and I noticed some other people are complaining for the same. So I had to put it away for sometime then I thought of an idea to utilize it again by plugging it to a switch so if I need to turn alarm on, I would turn the switch on first then after 15 seconds I turn the alarm on.
The problem with this workaround is that the siren will be a dead node most of the time and after turning the switch on it does not wake up right away untill I poll it manually. I tried to change the polling interval for the siren to 10 seconds but that did not help..
Any ideas how to poll the siren from the scene after I power it up through the switch? is there a command I can use in my HCL to overcome this?
