Plugin count wrong (?)

On HCL i can only have five plugins, i used to have "mock device" active - but it's been gone since the latest beta update.

Although my plugin count is still four, not three as i guess i should be - unless theres something else going on.

Have my plugin capacity magically been reduced by 20% or? (actually 40% since fibaro forces plugins like alarm to be installed and counting towards the 5-plugin limit)
