No central scene mode in Keyfob ??

Hi

 

I'm trying to use a Keyfob remote with Home Automation system (HASS). Unhappy that system doesn't support yet Central Scene commands but my Keyfob is sending only these messages when I push buttons on it !! I have resetted it and paired again but still the same !

How can I get it to send just a button push ? and not a central scene command ? Manual is definitively unclear on this !

What do you mean that you want the Feyfob to send just a button push?
The one and only Z-Wave Command Class which can directly send that information is Central Scene. 

You can configure Keyfob to send CC Basic (or CC Multilevel) Set frames in case of action on the buttons but to do so you should use association groups other than 1st. In the device you can configure which value should be send from the module.
Read the Manual again and everything will be clear

Just to be sure to understand correctly: my Home assistant system con be considered as a controler and if I understand it well only fist group can be used with a controler right ?

 

Other association modes are only if I want to control directly some other equipments from remote without using controler right ?

1st group should be used to report data (for controller) but if this is needed you could also add it to other groups, if your controller can interpret Basic or Multilevel Switch Set commands that could help you.
