Fibaro door sensor stuck in open mode

Hello all,

 

I'm new to fibaro world till now I've used a vera controller with fibaro sensors and everything  worked as expected.

now I've switched to HCL and I'm having an intermittent issue when the door sensor stays stuck into the open state. The occurrence of this is pretty often and to solve this I have to open and close again the door.

Another example is that another sensor is not connected with the magnetic band and its reported by the hcl as being closed...

 

how pe can I debug this further?

 

any advise is well appreciated!

It could be a bad battery, had this myself a couple of times. Bad thing is that it wasn't reported by the system

 

Other thing, I am on v4.132b HC2 and have the idea that this firmware misses some opening and closing of doors and windows (v4.120 was better).

I'm using the official v4.130, still this is very strange for me
