[SOLVED]HCL door/window sensors not working intermittently

Hello All,

 

I have 2 door/window sensors that worked just fine until i've rebooted the controller, now they no longer trigger scenes nor the events generated by them as safe or breached appear in the alarm centre. As the Fibaro support is inexistent I'm reaching to you community on how to debug this.

 

For example this is the scene for one door when it gets open:

So as you can see it's a very simple script that should work, no matter what.

not easy from that to understand where the problem is.

1- check from the phone app the icon of the sensor when it is triggered, does it change from close to open?

2- add after "then" a setting of a variable as example from 0 to 1. If the variable works then the switch works and the problem is in the "push" command

3- what trigger do you have in the scene checkboxes?

Thanks for the tips, after a reboot everything works.
