2nd User no network access

Question

Posted

I have my superuser that can login to HC2 when not on the network with no problem. I created a 2nd user so I can do Geo Fencing (still doesn't work) with my Yale T1L door lock. When I try to login to the HC2 from my phone or tablet on my carriers network, I get an error that says "no network connection". I works fine with Super User on the carrier network. What am I missing?

Hello,

To clarify the issue:

1. SuperUser works on WiFi and LTE/3G

2. 2nd user works on WiFi but does not work on LTE/3G. You get an error with a message "no network connection".

What carrier do you have? Can you check in "Access Control" if there are both devices listed?

    Hello T. Konopka,

    1. Yes, superuser works on both

    2. Yes, I get that error message when I am on LTE/3G/4G, I do not have connectivity on Wifi, I am connected to the wifi at my office and still no network connectivity?

Access control shows my user that has no network connectivity, I also made sure all the boxes are checked for access to devices and scenes?
