Problem: actors don’t always respond.
I have a HC2 at home and about 50 actors on the network. First all the actors where the older models and everything worked ok. About a year ago i upgraded about 90% of the actors to Dimmer 2 and Switches 2. Al the software is constantly updated (latest actor software and latest HC2 software), but the problem keeps returning.
The network is unstable after the upgrade:
1) Actors don’t Always respond when i turn them of using a Scene or my ipad/iphone
2) Sometimes I have to switch the manual switch two three times before they respond
It are not always the same actors that cause the problem.
Does anyone have an idea what could be the solution to my problem?
