Hi @10der,

 

did you ever send popup notifications or only push ones? Push notifications will not show in Fibaro app Inbox, but only on lock screen and only before you open Fibaro app. If you open Fibaro app it will delete all push notifications from your mobile even you haven't read them.

Since popup notification don't make any sounds on mobiles but stay in Inbox I use both popup and push notifications at the same time. Push notification gives me alert sound and short description of the message on the Apple watch or lock screen of the iPhone and popup message can hold lots more information and can be stored in history.
