HCL: How to store dimmer level and recall it later

I am looking for a way to store the Fibaro Dimmer2 level and recall it later after an action was triggered that set the level to 100% temporarily.

Example: Dimmer level = x. Then, when another light (Fibaro Relay) is turned on, that shall trigger the Dimmer Level set to 100% . Once the the other light (Fibaro Relay) is turned off again, the Dimmer level shall get back to original value = x.

Is this possible with HCL and how?
