Interval trigger does not trigger according to setting - help please

Freebird

Question

Hi everyone! Could someone please help me with a couple of scenes that are supposed to be triggered in intervals?

I have blinds that I want to automatically lower when the sun is shining (temperature and brightness sensed by motion sensor outside, HC2). So I started with interval trigger set to work between 10:30 and 16:59 every 15 minutes (see picture).

However, the scene seems to be triggered much more often, sometimes every couple of seconds as I can tell by the switching noise of the blind's actuators (blinds are down, actuator tries to further lower the blinds). If I put a notification at the end of the scene to tell me when it triggers, as expected I get many many messages.

Am I missing something?

Thank you very much!
