[SOLVED]Removing device does not work - 'X' does not respond

Question

Posted (edited)

Hello reader,

The button remove device won't react. So I can't delete a device with the web interface from the HC2.

In combination with my iPhone I was able to delete the device.

Regards,

Leo

After a restart from the HC2 it works again.

Confirmed. It usually happens when a previous add or delete failed. This bug has been around for a few firmware versions now. If you do not want to reboot, you can do a back-up instead. That might be a good idea anyway ;-)

    Hi @petergebruers,

is there any difference between back-up and reboot in case of Fibaro HCx ?

I don't really know, I think in many cases a back-up works because it restarts the most fundamental processes on a HC.
