Question

Posted (edited)

As off this morning remote access between the new Fibaro IoS app and my home center stopped working.

Also the notifications to the IoS app stopped working.

This evening I tried to login using my webbrowser (Google Chrome) to access my remote home center using two methods:

1)

Please login or register to see this link.

=> error "No communication with the main controller, remote access is currently unavailable"

2)

Please login or register to see this link.

=> error "Wrong login or password"

I have no local access to my HC2 at this moment and recently there have been NO configuration changes.

Any idea?

Hi @patrickvh,

Unfortunately if your remote access is restricted now, there isn't much we can do.

However, when you will get the chance to connect to it locally, please set

as DNS servers in HC.

Save your new configuration and restart your Home Center.

Let us know, how did it go  : )

My honest opinion: this has nothing to do with dns issues since I can access my HC2 with it's WAN IP. However, I cannot login because I get an "Wrong login or password" error.

Moreover, if you use some password auto-filling, maybe a web browser inputs a password dedicated to some other sub-page within the system itself.
