Cannot configure AEOTEC HEM GEN5 ZWave+ / ZW095-3C60

Hello,

 

I try desperately to install the AEOTEC HEM GEN5 ZWave+ / ZW095-3C60 3 phases Energy meter,

but it stays as "not configured". Is this a template problem?

You are not only one with this one. In EU it is quite new device and you have to set parameter 2 to 2 i think to get it worked. If parameter 2 setting does not work, then it is already reported (ticket number below).

 

@T.Konopka or @I.Srodka, this is already reported in ticket #101628.

Behavior has changed with new HC2 beta 4.136:

Now, when trying to include ZW095-3C60, only one module appears and is non functional...

Simmilar happened to customer. I have to check with him, but he should have firmware 4.130 in his HC2, so it is strange.

 

@T.Konopka, were there some changes for Aeon HEM communication with HC in 4.136 beta?

@jakub.jezek Sorry, You're right... Tried to exclude it and include it again and got the same old "non configured" message....
