CANT ADD HC LITE TO FIBARO ACCOUNT

When Fibaro updated its login system to FIBARO ID I was unable to access into HC lite.

I have now created an account with Fibaro ID and when I try to add my HC lite and put in the serial and MAC address it is

telling me that my "HC has already been added by another user, contact Tech support"

It is the same HC that I have been using the whole time.

Is there another way to add my HC or can I access my HC another way?

I also note that the WIFI light on the HC is not brightly illuminated?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

you created a new account?

then the hcl is added to youre old account.

2 things you can do

- log in to you're old account and delete it there

or

- take a picture of the serial number and mail this to fibaro and ask them to delete it
