Question

Posted (edited)

Hi

I have several Dimmer 2. One of them I was able to configure the parameters so that input S2 could trigger scenes....and I was able to trig Block scenes using the S2-input on the dimmer. I this case I used scene 26, and this was some months ago. Now, I want to repeat this on my other Dimmer 2s, but several problems occur. First, after setting the appropriate parameters I have to soft reconfiugure to get the "Remote Device" that represent the S2. Once this is in place I go to the Block scene generator and find my S2-device, but I have no scene options to select. I notice a diffence on the "front page" of the two devices, and the faultu one says "No scene triggers discovered yet". Please advice.

Have yo set P 28 to 1?

Did you do a few (double) clicks ... then refresh the page? That is what they mean by "discover scene triggers". Newer devices do not need this clicking, but the FGD-212 indeed shows no triggers if you have never sent a trigger.

Some clicks at the switch was good medicine! Thanks a lot!
