Neo Coolcam door sensor

I have installed new Neo Coolcam doorsensor in my HC2 controller. and is showd in the controller.

This working fine, but when i look in the Hc2 App Iphone and Ipad the doorsensor is not showed.

Does anyone know why this is not showed and have a solution for this.

Please refresh network data on your app:) Settings->Refresh Network Data

Yes, or close and restart the app.

(close as in double tab your IOS device's home button and swipe the FIbaro app upwards so it is closed)

have done both solutions and also reboot my iphone, still the same effect.

be sure that the user on the iPhone has the rights (set by the admin of HC2) to control this device.

 

eventually delete and download again the iOS Fibaro app.

No this device does not have a template, and you don´t need one to get it to work.

I have received now my Door Sensor von Neo Coolcam and it works ine.

One question I have:

 

I have now the door sensor and also an motion Sensor?!

 

So I have now two Sensors?!

 

Is this normal?!

I have the same question: is there a difference between the two automatically added devices (for the neo door/window sensor), or can we just delete the motion device and keep the door/window device?
