Hi All, 

I just wanted to check and see what sort of Documentations you give customers when you have finished an install if any?

Hi there!

 

It depends solely on a given Distributor / Installer and arrangements between clients and Installers.

 

It also depends whether you mean documentation as a certificate (Fibaro System was installed in this house), or some technical documentations for further changes or remakes.

    example. 

    IP address

    Pin Codes

    Usernames and passwords?

    Just as I said, it depends on arrangement between the particular Installer / Distributor and the customer. 

     

    We assist our partners and provide technical information but final agreement is made between customer and installer.

     

    You may want to ask those questions directly to your prospective installer.

    I am an installer. I am just asking a general question to other installers. To see what their normal practice is.

    @I.Srodka, we are distributor for CZ and SK. We only sell nice boxes and doing tech support for those boxes (Fibaro and Z-Wave devices). We are not making installations. And i'm not right person to ask.

     

    We train dealers to do installations.
