HC2 Learn Mode LED always ON

Question

Posted

We have an HC2 previously used for demo and when powering up after 3 months, ALL LEDs were fixed ON.

Putting it through Recovery and updating all the versions fixed that.

All devices are deleted.

However now the Learn Mode LED stays ON and no devices can be added.

Anyone had this and found a solution?

@Kanna Poonan, if its urgent and HC2 does not work properly then call them. If it's not urgent, then they contact you via email after 2 - 3 days. They are very bussy these days.
