can't remove unassigned devices or stop reconfig

Hi community,

 

I have some unassigned devices which I can't remove from the fibaro HC2.  I tried

Force removal but they will not get off my system.

I have one zipato RGB lamp added to my system, this looks like an old not correctly added device.

Anyone got's a procedure/help how the clean this from my system? I also tried to reconfigure some devices, and canceled the reconfigureproces 4 months ago without succes. System is offcourse rebooted lots of times.

Ask support to remove them, I had to do the same. After they are removed, make a backup, so that you never have to use a backup we're they still exists (because they will be back... been there done that ;-))

Hi @barend121,

 

Notifications can be removed by our support team. However, those boxes may disappear only after recovery.

 

It's still best to contact our Support so they will look into your personal case.
