Fibaro Single Switch not responding remotely

Hello,

 

There are following issues i have been facing with the Single switch 2 which are as follows.

 

1. I have 5 Single Switch modules. one of them is used on 8 energy saver lights. Each is 8 to 9w. The issue i am facing is that after some days it totally stops to respond remotely.

I didnt change any parameter or configuration. Cross sign is marked on the module interface. It is working with manual switch. but if i want to turn it on or off from any mobile or tablet, it wont. 

 

2. Tried to reconfigure it , but always says that reconfiguration failed. Then i tried to delete the module from the system but all in vain. B-button just not working. Then somehow i managed to delete it by force. 

 

3. Then again tried to reset it but there is no light indication on the module so i think b-button is not working. I check the Live and Neutral input of the module, they are working, they are getting the input. But there is no output via remotely.

 

4. Then i changed the module with a new one . Again after some days , same thing happened. Dont know what is the issue here. This is my 3rd attempt but always getting the same results. 

 

I have HC2 latest firmware updated. But it is happening before the latest updates. I had 4.130. then updated to 4.135.

 

Please If there is any possible solution , do tell me. Its a very serious matter .
