Magic Scenes in the Android app

Hey, I just can not wait and I need to ask. I saw promo video about relay switch for Apple HomeKit and there was a part, when it shows "Magic scenes" as a part of homekit app. Are the magic scenes comming to mobile app for Z-Wave too? I really really hope so as I see that customers struggle with creating scenes on the PC. I see all the issues that comes with that as well, but i think there is more benefits to it

Hi @HomeSystem.sk,

 

Unfortunately, similar functionality will not be available in Android for now. The thing you saw in our promo videos is just an overlay to Apple's HomeKit protocol. There is a mechanism which allows you to create simple automations and our app for HomeKit devices makes use of it and slightly tweaks it.

 

To sum up, for the time being, such functionality will not be available in our Android app, however we constantly seek improvement and our plans may change in the future.

Thanks @I.Srodka , it is big shame anyway. Hope at least the panels configuration (heating and such) will find the way to mobile app. I am really excited about the new things, as the mobile app is a bit behind.

There will be a heating configuration panel during the process of adding our Fibaro Radiator Thermostat in our mobile app.

It is not really behind but designed that way. It is much more convenient to configure your scenes on a computer (in a browser). Mobile devices were designed to be on the receiving end with only basic capabilities to change underlying configuration.

 

If something is really that urgent to change it in your mobile app, it is still possible to do it, only more advanced scheduling options are not available in the mobile app.
