Notifications numbers

When I receive a notification the number on the app is incorrect, most of the time it show 3 or 4 but I only receive 1 notification!

Are you sure it's not a total number of unread notifications, for example, about devices without templates, etc.?

Hi!

the notifications is on the app on iPhone!

when I receive a push notification, on the icon off the app it shows 1,2,3 or 4 depends of the times. Most of the time show more than 1.

i have notifications read on my HCL but this is not shown on the app!

And after you read this notification, does the icon badge disappears? 

 

And it's not visible until you receive one push notification, which is presented as a higher number on the badge app icon, is this correct?

I receive a push notification and shows 2 on a badge of the app! I open the app and close and they disappear.

if I receive other shows again 2 or 3 or 4.

Hi @NunoMartins,

 

Could you make a screenshot of your Notification center?

 

You sure your scenes do not send you more notifications at once? Maybe some device has a setting to send out the notification and then you have another notification in scene?
