Slow to change between multiple HC2

Question

Posted (edited)

Hi everyone,

I wanted to begin a discussion about the speed and responsiveness of the Fibaro iPhone app. In more recent times It has become slower to connect to my HC2 and it is very frustrating to wait while it makes multiple attempts top connect to my HC2.

Has anyone had similar experience? or is there something amiss on my end??

I am using Fibaro ID to connect remotely and to be honest I think it is much slower than when I used direct connection so I think there is room for improvement from Fibaro on that front.

More importantly though I have one customer in particular that finds it almost impossible to switch between his two HC2 devices at seperate properties. It quite often times out and fails to connect to his beach house and is especially difficult when he is at home connected to his default HC2.

Any way the point of this post was to begin a discussion to see if there are others with the same problem.
