Hanging... "Please wait Starting services" for 7 hours

Question

Posted (edited)

I updated my HC2 from 4.130 to 4.140. It restarted and the web browser shows "Please wait Starting services".

Nothing more happens. It was running the whole night (for 7 hours).

What can I do next? Any suggestions apart from completely resetting?
