Putting on a hue light at 8 PM by scene..how?

Its so simple but it seems to be very difficult. I have a lot of hue lights ..I only want to put on a hue light on by example at 8 PM with Fibaro.  How can I do it?  The problem would be Fibaro does not see the Hue Lights as virtual device. And I don't understand how to get it working as virtual devices(after reading a lot about it).

i don't use the fibaro plugins, they never work (for me) as expected

i use for every light a VD

example:

HueGtw = Net.FHttp("192.168.1.204",80)
HueGtw:PUT ('/api/newdeveloper/lights/2/state', '{"on":true}')

I see all the hue lights in Fibaro, I renamed them etc..I used the Plugin of  Philips Hue(the one mentioned by Fibaro)..but It would be nice to make it possible to put one of these lights on at by example 8 PM, by using a scene.

First of all I installed and use @Sankotronic's VD for HUE lamps.

After that I created a VD to control all my outside lights. In this VD my HUE bulbs can be set easily.

 

A sample below, a part of my code of the VD that controls the HUE  Bulbs.

Another scene call's on the requested times the VD to turn On or Off the HUE Bulbs.
