Garage door is opening after alarm is triggered

Question

Posted

Hi All,

I noticed something weird.  I have enabled the 'scena Panic'  in the Fibaro Alarm Panel to turn on lights and make snapshots of the live cameras in case the alarm is triggered /breached.  This all works fine except that the garage door is opening (using Fibaro Relay Switch). I went through the advanced settings to check if this behavior was caused by one of the settings.  I have noticed that parameter 30, 31, 32 are related to receiving alarms, therefore I decided to set it to 'Device doesn't respond to alarm'  for all of them but the garage door is still opening when the alarm is triggered. Any ideas?   version is 4.140

Hi @Landshark,

Could you check "scena Panic":

Because you are using Fibaro Relay Switch, which is default for light control and PANIC scene switches on selected light.

So you can either edit this scene so it doesn't turn on your garage door or you can change the type of device controlled by the relay switch.

    Hi @I.Srodka, I have checked the 'Scena PANIC' but there is no selection box for the 'Garage door' but I have managed to solve it by deselecting the 'All'  box. It looks like when selecting 'All'  or leaving 'All' selected it is selecting devices you don't want to have selected. Bug?

    @Landshark,

    Are you sure you don't have any additional associations?

    Okay,

    Thank you for your information. We will look into this, but for now, I understand that it works, right?

    Yes, by deselecting the 'All' selection box
