Hi,
because of the ntp behavior my HC2 reboot direct after boot, i had only two or three seconds to see the dashboard. Here is my solution to solve this problem by your own.
If you have a LUA-Script to do a ntp-update (like me) you have to find out the scene ID to delete it. So first power off your HC2 (by hardware button on the back, short "click"), wait 30 seconds, remove your backup-usb stick and put it in your PC. Navigate to your last backup: backups->backupXX_XX_XX-XXX-> scenes.
Take a closer look to the .lua files and find out which scene id is the one who update the time/location setting, in my case it was scene id 484 (see screenshot).

If your HC2 is rebooting . . . press every second the reload button. Then go to scenes->delete and put in your scene id and click "try it". In my case it took several trys to do it because the uptime between the reboots was very, very short.Please login or register to see this attachment.
