All Lights on randomly... help

Hi, randomly (about 2 times a months) i have all light on.

I check in association, but i don't have it.

 how can I find out what makes the problem and solve it?

 

i have 2 RGBW but i upgrade al last firmware (recently i don'y add nothing sensor)

Mine don’t always go out when thee is no motion detected

I have exactly the same issue, my pool light and my living room kept coming on randomly, even tough they are set not to respond to alarms. Yesterday I removed the power to the RGBW device for a couple seconds and this fixed the issue.

So the RGBW device was the source, also it keeps freezing from time to time.
