    no. Ok. trying (btw, app doesn't work on all my devices)

    Well, if you look closely you can find logs call when the application was working properly.

    Hi @10der,

     

    We checked it with our instances and it looks like a message when you enter incorrect IP address or login credentials.

     

    Please check them twice, reenter if possible, and check whether your router with DHCP turned on hadn't changed the IP address of your Home Center.

     

    To sum up:

    1) check the IP address and login credentials

    2) tell us whether you use admin account (and if you log with your e-mail) or have you changed password recently

    3) you can try deleting the user you used before from the VOIP panel

    Thank you for responding, but

    i have a static IP for HC2 and can succ logging to HC2 

    I use same credentials for logon into HC2 and fibarointe4com

    formckearing understanding before update was works properly!

    It looks like there might be some issue with SIP services.

     

    Did you try to reinstall the app, restart devices (iPhone, iPad, Home Center).

     

    We tested it again and it work very well. Do you have the latest iOS version?

    @I.Srodka I have the same problem on Android and Windows SIP client. I tested oldest created users and new one and use a few client. The same error "registration failed". Before 4.140 VOIP work fine.

    I checked with connection to server by IP and by name, in LAN and from Internet \9port forward on router checked it's ok) any good results, not work

    Hi @drboss,

     

    I understand that your custom implementation does not work.

     

    How about our iOS apps? 

     

    Could you restart your Home Center, wait 1-2 minutes then restart the rest of your devices? Maybe SIP services didn't boot up properly.

    Good news, at least for me. After restart HC2 (not android clients) and rewrite old voip password in panel the clients start works.

    ps. I use only android devices with my HC2, for test with iOS I need wait visit of sister-in-law (That's the closest football match when it comes for my brother after match, but I'm not sure if I will be able to check voip ;-) )
