Hi @cybernomo,

Do you have installed the latest version of our firmware? 4.140?

And do you click save after you set the manual option in date menu?

Okay, so try to download the correct time once from: pool.ntp.org (and choose the correct time zone).

Let the HC reboot and then change it to manual setting.

  • Hi

i choose the timezone singapore and get the time from the internet from pool.ntp.org

after reboot, the time and date also reset to 1/1/1970 8am and not the correct time date

    Hi.

I just bought a Lite and I discovered the same problems.

    1. I can´t set the time and date

    2. I can´t set location

    3. I can´t finish configuation Wizard. It´s stucked in step 2

    Firmware is 4.150

I also own a HC2 (4.150) without the problems above.

Is there any solution for the problems??

    Hi All,

Same issue for me. I can't set the right location, so the system time is going back to 1-1-1970.

I guess this issue is pending for a while now....... Could a Fibaro administrator please reply for possible solutions? Thank you in advance. :)

Is there a proper workaround for the HC Lite ?

Or is a software update available yet ?

    Best Regards,

    Hi Thier,

Search for the topic Impossible to change house location - post from 10der on 18th december 2017.

I've tried this workaround, though unfortunately didn't manege to avoid/eliminate error 400.

I had time issues as well, although a little different than yours.  My internal clock kept losing time, and the time never would set with the automatic polling of time servers.  I manually set my clock for weeks, always about 3m show per week.

I recently contacted customer support and the issue was a known issue.  they suggested I download the latest beta as the fix for my problem was addressed there.

I am currently running Beta 4.154 and my clock is spot on.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Gman,

Thank you for the your reply. I would like to install a new (Beta) Firmware version, though it is not "available" for me. I don't know how to force it so that I can install a Beat or new software version.

If you kan advise, I would be very happy. Thanks
