HC2 error

hi,

my HC2 is broken. (My Picture ). It can't boot to image. 
Recovery -> HC2 work OK.Then, about a week later    it was still broken

 

can you help me fix it ???

Check if your HC2 starts without mounted Recovery Stick.
If it does, then I can have a solution for you.

Hi, The HC2 start with USB recovery. i Can recovery but  it was still broken

If the gateway start without the recovery module it is possible that it has been damaged.

However, try putting it in another USB port and check if the gateway starts.

If not, contact our Support at [email protected] and describe the issue in detail.
