iPad event logger time

I have just set up a new iPad and the time in the home screen is correct, but the event logger is showing times that are hours out.  Where is this time taken from as I can't see how it is picking this time up?

 

I have checked the time on the HC2 and it is correct.

I have not looked at this, but timed events seems to be off by 10s of minuters?, what is the deal with that ?

Computer systems have been able to time actions within milliseconds for centuries?

These times are almost exactly 6 hours behind my current time.
