Was the device included to the previous versions of the system?

Can you send me a screen shot with information about the device from the advanced settings (protocol version, firmware, template, etc)?

The device was added in 4.140. (Was included earlier in earlier version too, but removed using "remove device" before being added in 4.140)

Hmm, I tried to add Aeotec Smart Dimmer 6 and I got exactly the same picture.
Of Course, Smart Dimmer 6 wasn't´t supported also in earlier software versions, so, no issues with this device.

I was informed that the devices are not supported yet, but we are about to start working on that

And almost one year later this device is still looking the same. Version 4.510. new inclusion.

Hello @T.Konopka   is it still the case please? i tried adding it yesterday and it showed the same thing (On/Off and RGBW)

I have the same result with HC3, can make nice colors with it, but does it work as an extender?
