Question

Hi

I have searched a long time for a device that can be programmed in such way I can present arbitrary info on it through LUA from my HC2. I do not want to open a browser, use the Fibaro app or auto send push mails with info. I want some info to be permanently available...

I have ideas of putting a Raspberry with a LCD piggy back or maybe a tablet on the hallway wall. But I am willing to pay for something more robust than a tablet with constant power connected to it in my hallway.

So... Does anybody know if it is possible to use the "Honeywell YTH8320ZW1007" just to present info on it? It looks like it maybe could be connected to a Zwave hub and both send and receive data. Also it seems to be fully programmable.

Anyone that knows something about this item?

Is it for example possible to announce the temperature from an outdoor Dallas sensor on this display in the hallway?

/Peo
