Can I change a button Label via LUA in a VD?

I tried to change it via 

 

--vDeviceID the id of the VD

fibaro:call(vDeviceID, "setProperty", "ui.lblToggleActive.value", "TEST")

 

But I does not change a thing.

 

I am probably on the wrong track  some help would be superb!

what do you mean that above solution is dirty or not legal?

 

That solution is valid way to change captions of buttons, sliders and labels on VD, just remember that web GUI page must be refreshed after change, same as network data updated on mobile apps to make that change visible.
